Late June

Splitting time between the city, southern Vermont and the hometown beach has proved to be just as awesome as it sounds (and looks) like it is.

The picture on top was taken while hiking up snowshed in Killington, Vermont. The whole ski trail is overtaken by these beautiful wild flowers in the summer.. Someone reminded me they were weeds. But ignorance is such bliss - BEAUTIFUL WILDFLOWERS! SSSSHHHHHH. The second picture was taken at my parent's house - They buy pellegrino in bulk from Costco and it's silly but how beautiful is that bottle? It's really the little things. Also, a quick note on growing up - protect your face skin from deterioration - where a hat.

If you are local in Boston/MA area I wanted to take the time to point out how lovely and awesome my hometown is, and suggest you get down there at least once this summer to enjoy some beach time - link drop below to all the places you must stop!
  • Far Far's Ice cream is just about the most delicious stuff on the planet - mint chocolate chip for days
  • Best place to get a to go sandwich for the beach is by far and away D'Orazio's Italian Market Place
  • Head to French Memories and the Snug Harbor Fish Market to get crispy bread and some lobstahs for dinner.. there is also a great little wine shop right there for some champagne if you are interested!
  • Finally enjoy a sunset at Bumpus Park.. This is literally a 4 minute walk from where I grew up and I spent many a night sitting on the sea wall with friends... I would encourage you to do the same!
Hope you make it down for a great day in Dux!

XO
A
